As the EXCELL facilitator, I contact Sales and Service customers at random after each visit to ensure their satisfaction. Should a customer have a concern, I will research the situation and work to a satisfying conclusion. As Facilitator of the EXCELL program, my job is to trend the input from our customers and present the findings to the management and employees. The EXCELL program is designed so that our customers can tell us what's important to them. Here at Courtney Honda customer satisfaction is our mission. We always look to serving you better.
